At first glance of the pictures above, it seems as if there are two It Girls for this week- one blond and another red-headed- but make no doubt about it this It Girl for is quite the chameleon. Whether flame or fair-haired, this writer, socialite and vintage-devotee has a look that can go from flirty to edgy and back again to simply chic. But it was Stephanie's rebellious side that initially drove me to find this fashionista- specifically those custom-made ankle cuffs from a previous post titled Just One More Pair... If there is one thing she knows how to do it is to always make a serious fashion statement earning her the title of It Girl for the week.
