Oh, Miroslava...you are such a cutie.

Tres chicas bonitas!

Why hello there, friends.

Givenchy madness...obsessed.

Sweet pants, Taylor.

Couldn't get away with a street style post without mentioning ADR!

Camo and mesh and Christopher Kane, oh my

Hanneli being a babe.

Green, blue, black, blue. :)

Best Dressed: Oscars 2012.

Sorry it took me like a year to get to this! Well, OK, maybe it took more like a few days, but I am practically bursting to share with you my best dressed from the Oscars on Sunday night. I would say that Emma Stone the second time around in Chanel was best dressed for the night, but I seriously cannot get over Michelle Williams in Louis Vuitton or Stacy Keibler in Marchesa (totally knew someone would wear it, but was thinking it was a little closer to Jennifer Lopez's style.) Can I also just mention that I guessed right that the red ruffled pre-fall Valentino gown would be worn on the Oscar red carpet (the Vanity Fair party is close enough!) Just had to toot my own horn for a second there. File as four way tie.

Top Shots: Couture Shows 2012.

One day I will own a Givenchy jacket!

Could Arizona Muse be any cuter?

My new favorite shoes. GORG.

Light and beautiful.

All lined up and ready to go.

So black swan.

Allright, these shoes and pretty fab too.

That Giambattista Valli coat is out of control!

Some very fashionable bag ladies.

A shearling coat never goes out of style.

Far shot, so perfect.

The perfect couple.

The Versace girls are hot, hot, hot.

Who better to finish it off that ADR. LOVE.

Best Dressed: SAG Awards 2012.

Even though I wasn't able to watch the awards (only super-basic cable here) I was able to see all the red carpet action, which let's face it, is usually the most exciting portion of the award shows nowadays. And some of my favorite looks sashayed fresh from the couture presentations (just last week) right onto the red carpet: Givenchy, Giambattista Valli, Alexander McQueen and one of my newer favorites Zac Posen all made quite the appearances. Now, although I wanted to see Emma in a different Alexander McQueen pre-fall dress (see my request on a previous post) she wasn't my favorite of the night. For that information, you'll have to click below to see! File as black tie babes.

Givenchy Spring 2012.

Surfers and mermaids were the two reference points for Givenchy’s Ricardo Tisci’s spring collection, but you probably wouldn’t have guessed these two lest for the designer’s admission. Ok, so maybe the extra large (great white maybe?) shark’s teeth dangling from the models necks was a bit of a giveaway, or perhaps the fish scale sequins stitched onto the undulating ruffles of a jacket might have tipped off something fishy (ah-ha!) But all bad puns aside, this collection was by-far the chicest and most wearable oceanic inspired one of the bunch. It wasn’t so unreachable as Chanel, overtly sexy like Versace or strictly avant-garde like Alexander McQueen, but it was a quiet elegance that was totally cool. It was from Tisci’s runway that a woman (surfer or not) could quite literally pluck any look from the bunch and look instantly chicer in any city in the world. And what more could a woman want from a designer than that? File as perfection.

Top Shots LFW Spring 2012.

Those Prada boots mixed with worn in denim. Beautiful.

Another It Girl spotting, this time it's Christine Centenera in Givenchy.

Now this is what I'd like to call bag ladies anonymous

It Girl: Shala Monroque rocking out the Prada. Even the rain can't keep away the fur and pailettes.

Favorite fur color thus far. GORG.

Print mash-up and Christopher Kane clutch.

Prada skirt and stole + Louis Vuitton shoes = delicious.

Hmm...I see a Prada theme going on here. Love those sunnies.

ADR! in Prada no less!

Leopard jeans rolled up. Uber-cute.

Is that you Garance Dore?

Even handbags need a bike rack.

Glitter rain at the Burberry finale.

Fabrics at Mary Katrantzou.

Erdem mood board.

It's It Girl: Kate Lanphear in Balenciaga.
