Escape: South Africa.

Now, I know I have been a little behind with the travel posts lately- blame it on my non-existant budget that doesn't even allow me to dream about traveling anyplace even remotely far away- but right now the only thing I want to do is escape so for this Friday, I'll be going away to Londolozi (virtually of course.) Located in the northeastern region of South Africa, there is no better place to check out the leopards than here and not to mention, play amongst the trees. Although I may not be able to travel here anytime soon with the budget I'm on, I'll be keeping this one on the bucket list for the future. Keep reading to check out the full itinerary as well as the perfect outfit for this this luxe getaway and file under adventure time.

  • Sleep: In one of the six suites at the Tree Camp located within the Sabi Sand Game Reserve (not for those scared of heights) where you can do laps in your private pool, admire the Ralph Lauren wallpaper and relax with champagne in hand on either the terrace or your lush leather plaited bed.
  • Play: Stalk some leopards and all the other wildlife your heart desires, lay back at watch the elephants at the river below or let the staff arrange a tour to nearby Cape Town, Botswana or the Victoria Falls.
  • Cost: Around $1100 per person per night
  • To wear: Keep it comfy, casual and colorful with denim shorts, a loose tank and a fitted jacket in case it gets a bit chilly. Top it off with a bright bag and you're set for lounging around the reserve.
