This Crew Right Here.

When did things get so complicated and confusing? Ok, I know, loaded question...but seriously replace the word things with getting dressed in the morning and you have my daily struggle to put together a serious outfit that is actually worth wearing. Maybe I've been working these buns too hard or maybe I've just felt like I am in need of some wardrobe revamping, but one thing is certain: I miss the easy days. Insert J.Crew's Fall 2013 collection. Timeless, sophisticated and above all else, totally wearable. When again will I be able to shop this? File as back to the closet.

J. Crew Fall 2012.

After sharing the rather dramatic Marchesa collection yesterday with you, I wanted to bring the look a little closer to reality here with J.Crew's new fall presentation. Unlike those in the past for the major retailer, this one was devoid of any blandness, had a rather funky edge and continued the store's always sophisticated overall look. Not to mention that there were some seriously fashionable pieces that I am dying to add to my wardrobe come fall- specifically that snakeskin pencil skirt and those floral/ink-splotch cropped pants. File as totally wearable.

J.Crew: Looks I Love

To perk everyone up during yet another mundane Monday, I figured sharing with you some of my top looks from J.Crew's Looks We Love, was just the perfect little boost we could all use. I've never been one to turn down a pair of cropped trousers, but those bags are to die for. And the loafers...don't even get me started on those. Let's just say I have a feeling once I find a real job, (anyone hiring?) I'll be high tailing it over to J.Crew to curate the perfect business casual wardrobe. Oh, and don't forget to check out their blog 770/Behind the Line while you're at it. File as simplicity at its best.
