Recap: FNO at Beverly Center.

As I'm sure you all know, FNO this year was totes maj. From the freebies, to the GWPs, the mocktails and the cocktails there was fun to be had by all. Bloggers, celebs, models and more were out and about at Beverly Center and beyond to celebrate the ultimate shopping night and lucky for me, only one party-goer had the same F21 Exclusive Collection black and white chevron dress on as me (well, not technically a party-goer, but rather one of the gals walking in the exclusive Forever 21 fashion show). Although I was expecting some kind of catastrophic disaster that night (i.e. DJ playing Tyga's "Make it Nasty", photo booth falling over and crushing infants, models heads exploding, etc.) the event went on without a single hitch. Not only that, but I was so thrilled to see all the familiar faces out to support (#GoTeamForever). So with the bosses happy and wallet still full of money (couldn't even take a break to shop that night) I promise not the utter those three little letters for the next few months...seriously. File as let fashion week begin.

Salzburg me away.

As a lover of classical music and all things sparkly, I have to admit that I have been anticipating a chance to share a travel post on Austria- the home of Mozart, Swarovski headquarters, picturesque Alpine slopes and a bustling modern art scene to boot. The lovely city of Salzburg is just the place to experience all of the above (with a slight detour for the sparkly part, see below); and with the slight chill in the air today in the Bay, I can't help but imagine myself in a much more romantic place (call me crazy but homeless people outside my door just doesn't do it for me.) Check out the complete fabulous itinerary after the jump along with the perfect outfit for exploring. File under dreaming on.

Escape to Madrid.

To kick off my first travel post I wanted to pick a vacation location that would truly be an escape for the nice long weekend and also a place that has given me a huge amount of inspiration. So this weekend, I'm dying to return to one of my favorite places in the world, the capital of Spain: Madrid. Although I only got to spend a few days there, it was plenty of time to soak up the unparalleled culture, ridiculously yummy tapas, unlimited amounts of sangria and some of the best curated museums in the world. I don't think I've ever wanted to visit a place so badly in my life, and it was everything that I imagined it to be. Hope you enjoy this escape as much as I did. Check out my itinerary after the jump. File this under this year's to do list.
